Fraud company. They take money and never return back. They owe me 10lakh. They showed me a land and kept delaying the registration, after 1 yrs when I got fed up and asked to return my money they are acting shitty.

I have been following up with then ever since, it's been 3-4 now and I haven't got my money yet.

I have taken a plot with vaibhavi properties one of my best friend suggest to buy a plot at Magadi road Thavarekere bangalore so i was seaching a property near by magadi road Thavarekere one day i saw the paper add and i called to vaibhavi properties the concern person came to my home and he explained about the project and i went to project along with my friend then i saw the project it was very nice and after two days i went office and book the plot and they have taken two months time for a loan process i have submitted all the set of documents and finally i got registered the property recently

Fraud Company they even lied with their original names...they are fake people the people who have invested and waiting for refund please do not agree to take cheque rather directly step in to the company and ask for u r money and I request the new customers not to invest in vaibhavi Properties and loose your hard earned money.

I have taken 2 plots in 2016 and I got registered also and then I contact them to take another one plot to my brother they showed me the project at ajjanahalli near chandrappa circle and immediately mybrother booked one plot and within a three months got registered they suggest me the good project with a best price thank you very much to the team

Documentation is very good and sfaff will explained very good and my advocate also referred this company to invest in real estate possitive and negative opinions are there in anywhere so dont take only negative points they r very gud and they r not expecting more money also thank u team definitely I ll reffer my friends also
