This is one of the worst builders to buy property from; there is no owner concept, and the lowest level is recruiting employees who make mistakes and mismanage money without the owner's knowledge. They scammed me by taking more than 1.5 lakh rupees. When I complained, they gave me all kinds of ridiculous excuses, and despite the email address provided, they did not care to answer. I'm still having trouble with the discharge deed, as the developers need to clear the debt, but it's still showing up in my EC.
