Dear all  Onean under-construction 3 BHK flat I was booked in Uma Sanjeevini Residency J P nagar. I was given 3 lac booking  payment on 6-Oct-2011.


The payment was understood by them. There was no response after making various inquiries. We sent regd. letter but returned undelivered. On personally contacting them , we were told that your flat was cancelled in the year of 2012 it self ( No information ). If you want to book again with same locality, same measurement, same place etc., you have to book with price of Rs. 32.00 Lakh.


We approached to CREDAI and send them two reminders, but nothing happened i.e. no response, so far from the CREDAI. So if anybody have solution tell me.
