No prevention on water from rains

There is clearly no system in place to ensure runoff from naturally occurring rain and land conditions will be taken care of. Practically, there is no recourse to recover for the damage. This is not a positive indication for the owners who want to just move in.

Built in a remote area.

The property is built in a remote area and there are literally jungles nearby and leopards have been spotted in the nigh t here. Not only is it scary, but no rickshawsand ubers come here and we have to wait along time for the bus.

Bad implementation

The implementation has been so bad and when you are working with such big builders, you do not expect this so we were quite shocked when we saw something completely different from what we were told we would get.
