Pros: Nice location . Nice Plan, safe corridors for children, overall quality of work and materials are good.

Cons: Kitchen slabs thickness is less and of different sizes.

Project is delayed by 1 year.

Sink given is without Drainboard.

Bathroom commode are not wall mounted.

Project team is not supportive.
