Its a nice appartment but no proper association formed and no one is bothered to fix issues.

There were certain people who involved initially but due to lack of co-ordination between owners of different flats, No meetings happend to discuss and sort out the issues.

Never prefer anyone to buy flat here as no one is now taking proper responsibility to fix the internal issues with in the building and facing chaos every day for some or the other required basic needs.

It has 18 Flats split between the owner of land and the Builder, Bad co ordination between them has lead to lot more issues here.

Think before you go, Be wise before you invest.

Please do not buy from this builder. I brought a flat from this builder and struggling to get pending works done. I ended up changing all the internal constructions for better qulity. No value for money and time. He as taken almost 4 years complete the project.
