I have a reason to say this. if you compare with the other apartments 1. 55% is the UDS .

1. Party have is such a big youmarriage with 150 people is possibe.

2. other amenities like gym power back and another18 amenities are there.

3. set back north 100 foot East 75 Foot, west 40 foot and south 50 foot.

4. builder is well experienced almost 40 years of experience in Construction Line.

5. water 2 bore wells are there with 2.5 inch from each.

6. All ReputatedBanks are funding loan.

7. you can compare with balcony size and Kitchen size with any other Apartment.

8. over all its a well constructed apartment. Good place for Living.

For everyone buying a home is dream come true,

But if you are in a mind to buy in this project think twice before you buy.

Builder and marketing people are not keeping there promises.

Worst marketing people who will be giving wrong information and false promises .

Builders are not worried about the basic felicities like garbage handling, 24/7 power back up, Common area lightning and cleaning. And no amenities are ready except kids play area.

Works are going slower than snale.

Approaching road is very bad, only they put tar for front road, and main entrance is not yet finished and it is in dispute with land owners and builders.

Society is not clean and lot of mosquitoes and builder is least bothered about this.

whenever you approach builder regarding these issues they will keep on telling there problems only and keep on giving false preemies.

there is no co-ordination between 4 land owners and builders.

and No master plan of the society. no land spacing, place is not utilized properly.

it would be worth going for well known builder.
