I was working at Spaceinfra Build India Pvt. Ltd.(A holding Company of Space Global Ventures Ltd.) as an Exec. Accounts & Admin at its Ahmedabad Project of Columbia Asia Hospital since May, 2011. I resigned from my post and relive the company on 31st Dec, 2011 after completing one month notice period as I got the better offer.

But the company refused to pay the Salary for the Dec, 2011. Even I completed all the requirements of Handover Process as per company rules and regulations under supervision of Seniors. I have all related documents such Cash Reconciliation and Clearence Form duly accepted and approved by Mr. Dinesh Dhamija(Sr. Project Manager), subsequently he deny for the same. I send several mail/reminder regarding this matter to t he HR/Accounts to settle my account but they do nothing to resolve it.

Furthermore they have the mentality of paying low salaries and getting the maximum out of the employee. So you could almost forget about any bonus or perks or incentives.

In the bargain of not paying, they hire some of the most crappy brains from the industry who have no clue how to run the business. Talent at all levels is bad and that has resulted in a bad culture where brown nosing and licking seniors is rewarded ahead of merit.

The top management is absolutely incapable and rubbish. They are just interested in making merry with the crores they received from a couple of clients.

The administration departments are absolutely inefficient. HR, IT and Admin will frustrate you. There is lack of proper infrastructure, delays in payment of final settlements(some employee will never receive the final settlement).

I think it's a rubbish company to work with unless you have no other choice.
