Poor experience

Review On Soorya Homes, Palakkad

I have booked 2 BHK flat in the year 2014 from Soorya Homes- Palakkad. The flat was constructing near Kamila Super Market. 2BHK flat cost us 21 lacs. I have paid them 3 lac in advance booking for flat in 2014 and in 2016 I have paid 90 percent of the total payment. it was told in the agreement that the construction would complete within 2016. But still the construction has not been complete. I have called to project manager but he was not answering my call and even I have called to customer care but the customer care are less experienced as they cannot able to answer my queriers. They has not submitted my flat till yet. I had bad experience in this company so I suggest everyone not to book or buy apartment from this company.
