SMR Infra, Bangalore

Hello All,

I booked a villa in November 2018 and given a booking amount of 1.5L. Later as per my lawyer suggestion I cancelled my booking in December 2018. I am asking the builder to return me my booking amount but till now she did not returned it back. SKR infra said that they will hold 25000 in the booking amount I said OK because this is my mistake to book the villa here. SKR Infra is still not returning back their promised 1.25L my money since 1 year. Please think twice before booking here a Villa.

I have booked a Villa there in SKR medows in January 2019. I did the first payment after getting clearance from my Lawyer as there was one document which was on hold due to election. The location is little far but now big builders like Godrej and Prestige has came up there which is very positive. The builder is really very helpful and also allowing to do little modifications from inside. Hope they deliver it on time.

I visited the site and I liked the project. Looks good to me. Planning to book. Lets see how it goes. I have visited their earlier project, they have done it well. Hope so they deliver this project in same manner.

I am one of the early buyers of SKR Meadows. Me and my colleagues have booked 6 villas here.

My experience till date:

Floor plan and layout is a great mix match of openness and lot of lung space. Floor plan is as per vastu.

Location at that time when I booked though not so great but had a feeling it will grow. Currently two big name is in that area: Godrej has launched Godrej 24 apartment project and prestige is coming with 300 Acres of development name prestige Smart city. Also Embassy has acquired 1000 acres in that area.

Have done the legal clearance by two layers Kavitha.S and P. Rajendra both of them has given a positive feedback. Then only we have gone ahead and booked.

So far the things are good and as per schedule.

I recommend skr meadows, as the area has potential and growth. And a nice project and affordable too.

Booked 3BHK in SKR Meadows.

After lot of search, Finally decided with SKR Meadows,

and I think I took the right decision because of:

>Location advantages: IT, Metro Station, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Schools and so on…

>Decent amenities with enough open space.

>Decent distance from the main roads.

>Price is reasonable.

>Sales team is very helpful and professional.

After buying skr meadows, I have realized the comfort that a villa can provides. It is quite spacious and a breath of fresh air, the builders have taken special care of that I suppose. I can remember contacting them with my initial queries and always get quick response and attention. It fits in by bill.

I have booked a villa last month and due to my loan eligibility I was not able to go ahead with the project. I have given the booking amount but eventually I have to cancel because my eligibility to get loan was less.

They returned the money without any deduction. I felt so good that I got my hard earn money back without any hassle.

I would definitely says go ahead with the project.
