They are very good till we purchase the flat, after that they never respect the customers treat as if he has handedover the flats free of cost. It's more than 3years we are staying in the flat not provided us with Meter and KEB connection. beyond this we face problem from the landowners for that also he is not bothered. Just playing game with customers money. Better to avoid these type of builders

Very poor.quality is not upto the mark. No time bound progress. Lazy workers. Bad supervision. Residents are not allowed to speak about any deficiency in work. There is no effective communication between the land owner and siri homes(builder). Better avoid buying

I am a existing customer with SIRI HOMES, they had promised to complete our building by DEC-2015 till now it is not fully complete. We have not got BESCOM individual connection and power backup.

They are only behind money and never will complete work on time.

We had been promised the BESCOM connection by Nov-16 but it is already May-17 and no BESCOM connection is provided still. They collect the electricity bill by showing some bill every month which we feel is not genuine.

Customer Service is very very bad

Staff Courtesy - they do not have answer for any questions, they want to check with the Management

Project Implementation - This was really a pain, delay not in days - months and years.

When buying the project you are most welcomed, once your loan is approved and money started filling their bank accounts, we are nothing.  We cannot even go and check our project status.  You do not get any proper answers as to when you will get the project handover, it is like Panchavarshik Yojana of Government.

SIRI Homes , who is one of the small builder and has constructed around 25-30 apartments in Bangalore South. He is not providing OC, CC and Khata for the constructed apartments. Apartment quality is very bad and no basic amenities are provided. No good quality elevator, no power backup. Initially he quotes very low price for the apartments and people who are not aware about all legal complications gets trapped.

Since there is no strict rule against illegal construction at this stage and BBMP is sleeping , there is no issue at this stage.. but when BBMP wakes up.. what is going to happen to all these things? I encourage other readers and those who are already suffered to come forward and share their experiences.
