The possession of construction is only think in which customer can believe on any Builder. But this is so far from the building of Elite Horamavu. This is Raghunath Reddy, I have booked an apartment in Project of this builder at ARIKERE Project in 2009.

But still they are not started the construction of Building. I have paid 85 thousand as the booking amount and after 1.3 year of booking one demand of 2.4 lacks. The total money paid by me for my flat is 3.05 lacks. Three year has been over from the booking of flat still Elite Hormavu Bangalore not started the construction.

The construction site still is as ground with three, four tree. I have visit many times to their office for asking the starting of construction but they are not responding properly.

They are giving the issues like customer not paid the booking amount, we are waiting for good time, so many nonsense reason. Some of the customer have cancel their booking but still waiting for refund of the booking money.

Elite Hormavu Bangalore is fooling the people in place of giving their flat. Before last 9 month I have also canceled our booking and only 55k refund out of 3.05 lacks.
