Untrustable builder

Review On Shreeji Builder, Ahmedabad

I share one bed experience with you. my job is in ahmedabad so finally I decide to live in ahmedabad with my full family so I want to buy one 2BHK(bedroom, hall, kitchen). so for I met this builder and they show me 8 flats. out of that I selected one 2BHK flat which price is 35 lakhs. Then I booked this flat with down payment of 4 lakhs. After 3 months of my booking of flat they call me and said if you want to purchase this flat you have to paid 37 lakhs because one deal is also going to in 37 lakhs with another person. when I said I already book so why you are dealing with another they told me if anybody can buy with more ruppes as compare to you so why I sell you. ultimately this builder is very unexpected builder and not trustable. therefore I suggest not purchase flat from this builder.
