I have really bad experience with Vanah township project by Shapoorji in Bavdhan, Pune

all sales team are freshers and they are just pulling money from people as part of EOI token amount of Rs.45000 for advance booking of flats in this project so when I have cancelled my booking after 1 week, no one was responding to my calls and I struggled a lot to get my refund. Finally I got my refund after 2 months. it seems no one is responsible there hence there is no clarity of the project so please think wisely before giving EOI amount to any sales person in Vanah, Pune project.

The ready reckoner rates of the projects in Mumbai have been on the constant rise and are consistently been determined using the least stamp obligation as well as give a base cost. This leads to an overall added expense to the rates as compare to the previous times.

The developer denied that I paid him the maintenance fee, so I had to pay it again. Please take a receipt from these cheaters for any and everything that you pay because they will not leave an oppurtunity to cheat you off your money.

This building looks so good from outside, but the finishing of this place is bad from inside. Cement in falling off at some places. There is a bad odor that comes from the pipelines and drainage system not being well maintained and good!
