Builder without Engineers;Responsibility undefined

Haven't seen any engineer in the project ever; so u might guess the quality of construction.  Site supervisor acts as Engineers and for critical issues, people who purchased need to do that role( many times)

Mr Mukesh is the main partner and is a good person.  But he is unable to handle the business.  He use to respond to phone calls/issues sometimes until the full amount is made.  Once full amount is paid, he finds it very difficult to pick the calls and seldom responds to mails. In charge people are not helpful rather they create more problems( some are irrevocable) .

He can easily test the patience of the purchasers.  Seen enough stressed out phone calls with the Builder day & night.

There are hundreds of photos to share the construction quality.  If anyone wants to know more feedback, they can visit the first project of Shakti Builders. While booking the flat, they say they are sister-concern of MBR construction and have enough experience in construction but for any poor quality - they keep saying they are new builders.

Once can write a book "500 reasons NOT to choose a builder" from the experience/impact of this builder.
