Bad supervision inferior Quality- Shakti Builders

Review On Shakti Builders, Bangalore

Even recently we had a meeting with Mr. Mukesh, due to after effect of these review. HE promised every issue will be fixed within a week.  Its been two weeks and nothing is solved. We spent the Diwali without water in apartment. Security they appoint is very bad that we had twice thieves entering the apartment.

I can write pages and pages of complaints about Shakti Builders. Simply put - Not worth to buy a house from Shakti Builders. I had horrible sleepless nights until I got my flat on hand. So many problems. Quality of construction is poor.

Once I visited my flat after "grahapavesam"( house warming), I find the hall wall complete broken. Imagine how I would have felt. The supervisor very causally said the electrician by mistake drilled the whole wall. Even now the plaster on that wall does not look good.

At one point I feared so much to let their labors inside my flat to do some work.  one guy came for fixing a tile in bedroom and eventually be broke two tiles, again by mistake.

So much of re-work. they keep digging the flat again and again. Worst experience. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND "SHAKTI BUILDER'S FOR ANYONE.
