Review On SGR Construction, Bangalore

I booked a flat in SGR lavilla.

But only thing is the traffic in Sarjpura main road is horrible, but project located 100 mtrs away from main road. almost all the work done. My friends had given me some comments on this project.

Writing re-review after 4 years: worst builder I have ever seen, not a single promise full filled. Beware of this person, he will give you false promises without hesitation.

Writing after 9 years of possession. Best apartment association solve problems quite immediately, not much water problem because of rain water harvesting getting water tankers only during summer for 1 or 2 months and rest of the months no issues. Water meter for each house makes much difference in using water wisely, well ventilated areas in corridor and houses easily accessible to public transport.
