A Big Cheat !!!

The building is under construction for the last 10 years and is far away from getting completed...no movement or initiative from the builder at all...our money and dreams all stuck in this project...no future it's holds it looks like...plus, builder in jail for last few months now in case of fraud...what more to say !!! :-(
