It is middle class ka dharavi. 1600 flats in such a small area. One gate to in and out. Traffic jam all the time at entry/exit gate. No peace at all. Builer is making fool.

I was facing a lot of challenges to accommodate my expanding family. First, I got married and then two kids were born into our family. They are also grown up into teenagers now. So, we needed two separate rooms for them, plus one more for my husband and me, and another one for my parents. Our old house had 2 proper bedrooms and one smaller one. The construction was also old… We really needed to get a new home. Someone suggested Saya Homes to me. After reading and watching dozens of reviews, I was convinced about their credibility. I bought one 4-BHK at the property during Diwali festive season. I even got a discount!

Saya Homes is a decent builder. There can be different opinions about them or anyone. But, from my personal point of view and as per what I have experienced, I will recommend them to anyone who’s looking for value for money and an affordable home. See, they don’t have very flashy amenities or don’t claim something out of the box. They commit the right things and deliver the project at the right time. This is what matters the most to me and any common man.

I was completely out of options when I was trying to find an affordable developer to buy a home for my family for the last five years. One of my friends told me about Saya Homes, which has several completed projects in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida. I visited a few of their well-known properties like Desire Residency and Zion. It was a Sunday morning newspaper, I remember. I saw an ad by Saya Homes. Just like any other ad I had a look at it and took a deep sigh of breath… A feeling about something that you really want to buy but you’re not sure about. I went out with my wife and kid for lunch at a restaurant. En route, I saw another ad by Saya. This time, it was on a hoarding. My wife also had a glance. Excitedly, she asked me, “Do you see that? That property looks so nice!” I replied, “Radhika, it’s an ad. It has to be beautiful.” She became a little sad then. That’s when it clicked to me that I should do some research about the prominent properties within my budget and see which are the best-suited ones. It took me a month to do the complete research… I waited for a couple of more months so that a few launches could come up and then I could leverage that. Saya Gold Avenue was my final choice for many reasons – good location and quality builder with a track record of 100% on-time delivery.

I had lost my job during the first COVID-19 wave. Things were really difficult back then… I didn’t know what to do. Thanks to Saya, my investment in one of their properties made my livelihood keep going. I put the flat on rent after a few months and, then, the revenue started flowing. My hard-earned money was paying me back. I re-routed one part of the dividend to the monthly EMI on the home loan I took for the residential unit. The other part I used for my monthly expenses. A few months back, I got a new job and am back on the track. I am grateful to Saya Homes for a smooth transaction through the entire process and the final handover of the property to me and that too before time. A friend of mine suggested this property to me. He is currently living in Zenith by Saya Homes only. His property is nice, with good maintenance. I spend my weekends at his place only. There’s good security as well. That’s what prompted me to think about Saya Gold Avenue, a new under-construction housing society in Indirapuram. And, I remember… When he was looking for a flat to buy in Ghaziabad, there was so much of confusion. He didn’t have confidence in any of the builders who could provide a good home within his budget. Finally, Saya came to his rescue and since then he is living with his family there. He even got married and has a baby girl now… It’s a spacious, well-lit and ventilated house, especially good for the baby. I wanted to take a flat in Zenith only, but then my friend suggested otherwise. So, I decided to go with Gold Avenue. I am hoping for good ROI and considerable market appreciation as well. Let’s hope for the best!

Here is a summary of everything that is wrong, misleading and demonstrates a poor quality of service by the Saya Group -

1. The frames of all the doors in the house are non uniform and the paint on door frames is full of bumps which looks ugly and unacceptable.

2. The roof of all the washrooms are again non uniform and walls are not even finished. They are broken from several parts with cracks especially around windows and roofs.

3. The tile of living room’s washroom is broken at one end.

4. The wardrobe of master bedroom has scratches and marks. Even, the bottom area under the wardrobes are broken of all rooms.

5. Most of the switchboards installed are placed in a slanting manner and not straight.

6. The roof of the guest room area is unevenly painted.

7. The door edges are chipped and broken.

8. Sliding door has several big holes as if someone has drilled it.

9. Major unfinished and broken walls with paint coming off was found in the balcony area.

10. The texture wall of master bedroom is not even painted.

11. The beam in living room (just above sliding door) is not at all straight or uniform. Same goes for the beam in other rooms.

There are other miscellaneous problems which needs to be fixed but unfortunately saya team didn’t even address it despite sending them several pictures as proof.

Now, please tell me if this is acceptable from saya group? I have completely lost all faith in your team and would never recommend anyone to go for saya property.

A great place to work with because the proper work culture is followed. Since 2 years I am working with Saya Homes. Good working culture and the environment is friendly too. Happy to be a part of this office. We all work together as a team.

I have booked my flat in Saya Homes and the same is going to delivered in very fast compare to other Real estate developer in Ghaziabad . right now, the project is ongoing, by my personal opinion Saya Homes is a very good builder .The Customer service is very Good and the staff will talk to you very good manners and the Builder always talks to the Buyers and explains the real status of the projects. I will definitely recommend every one to buy this project.
