Documents are not clear, they always suggest to 2% margin to housing loan funding team,

I am talking about Banjara layout property bangalore only.

if you go for Bank home finance, they will not come for the legal validation. and simply they will say, that plot already sold by my another partner.

one site they can commit to multiple buyers and they can not refund advance which we pay. they have potential to sell single site to multiple people.

becarefull before invest on Sai ram property.
