Sai Krishna Enclave Apartments in Alfa garden Bangalore. It is constructed by one of the worst buildercalled VMC NAIDU. IT has following majar technical issues.

Quality is not good

Car parking is not available.

Cavery water sump storage is not available

water is giving petroleum smell

So many internal flat owner has issues like.taps. Doors. Tails.locks.bath leackages

Sincere advice not to buy flat in Sai Krishna Enclave. Apartment.

There other financial issues bwtn builders. They will no do flat registration.
