FRAUDS - They sold plots under litigation

Review On Royal Meenakshi Infra Projects, Bangalore

They are big frauds! They sold a 1200 sq ft plot to me which was already under litigation when they sold it. I was unaware of it. The biggest mistake I did was that I didnt get the papers verified by a lawyer. I took loan from Indiabulls and they apparently took money from Royal Meenakshi and approved their project, even when it is under strong litigation.

I thought as a bank loan is involved, the papers will be proper. Royal Meenakshi has shut its R T Nagar office and have been absconding since then!
