Reliaable developers are famous for not delivering what they promised, there are lot of Rera cases pending against them


We have paid advance amount to the company and waiting for the refund of the money from past 10 months, no one picks up the call, I got to know many people are in similar situation as me .

Please be careful when you are dealing/buying property from this Fraud. Once you pay advance money you are trapped, nothing would be there as promised
