I bought a plot in Reliaable Signature South in 2014 for Rs 55 Lakhs. In 2016, we came to know that the property is under litigation from 2012. They didn't inform us that the property is under litigation and sold it to us. Now, they don't care to bring the case to closure, they will not respond to your queries. You are on your own.

I have worked hard for years to buy a plot. We are middle class people who want to some how build a home for ourselves. Because of these cheaters, I am at a huge loss and I don't know how to recover from this.
