Goons in the Garb of Property Dealers

Review On Realtech Solutions, Gurgaon

I wrote this review in order to vent out my dissatisfaction in dealing with the said reality brokerage firm and with the objective to make innocent buyers/sellers aware of the unprofessional attitude of this property dealer.

Realtech Solutions is a property dealer & brokerage firm being run from House no 1300 in sec 46-47 near Mayfield Gardens. Its a group of 3-4 people (main being Dinesh Rana, Hasan, Parveen).

I had to sell a flat that I owned and this firm brought a buyer for the same. They are purely unprofessional in their approach and resort to all sort of Fithy language and threats if any thing does not happen in their favor, for eg..they do not communicate their commission in advance and later they ask for higher commission, they assure you of arranging the loan from bank & when the buyer has paid a substantial amount to the seller then these guys create delays saying that the bank is not ready to finance & extort 'speed money/ Bribe' from the buyer.

I consider myself fortunate that I was able to sell the property and get out of the mess because the buyer was an influential guy and I had built a good report with him.

My opinion is before you engage them ask them for a few references and speak to those people who have dealt with them before engaging them.
