First project of Experion. Builder did not have the experience. Lot of construction, piping defects. Water leakage in general, refrigerant leakage from AC etc. To top it the maintenance agency's support is very very poor. Be careful at the time of taking over of possession of apartment. Check each and every thing is OK or not. Once possession is taken, the general approach is that it your baby and you have to take care on your own. Very Poor workmanship and services. Project not recommended to any one.

My experience with Experion Developers has been disappointing. It is not a customer friendly organisation.

Demanded extra payment for additional area where no additional area was built.

Offered possession when common facilities were non existing.

They are courteous only till you have not booked with them. After this they don’t listen to you.l

Looking for serious people who are suffering from Delayed project of Heartsong Experion 108 Sect Gurgaon. Project was to be completed by June 2016. But was not completed by 2018. No regular water and electricity supply and basic amenties not available. Let's help and support each other for getting refund with interest.

The builders made some more projects on the area which they promised us they would plant green trees and keep some open space and we have too many people living here and there is no peace and calm and fresh air like we envisioned and paid for.

Many of the buyers have faced this issue of not having a regulated and on-going electricity connection. This has been reported in terms of lacking any proper access to regulated electricity supply for good number of unhampered hours. This needs to change.

There have been multiple cases where the developers have constantly been demanding requirements pertaining to bigger homes. There have been many policies related to the availability and requirement of space rationalisation and optimisation.

We did not get the document which states that the land on which the building is constructed in non-agricultural, which is why I decided not to invest in this project! Ask them for the document! If they are able to show it to you only then go forward!

We have just moved in and we do not even have electricity supply as of now! The water supply is also not that good! They should have ensured that people who shift do not have a problem! So much of our time is getting wasted in ensuring that things that they should have taken care of gets done!

We do not get to use the areas that are build for common use like the terrace because the secreatary never gives us the keys to the terrace, but when it comes to his family and a few friends that he has made in the building then he has no objection! We have complained so many times, but to no avail!

Last three years back I booked a three BH flat through Experian developer. At the time of booking they said me many thing about the building.

They promise many with us  like your flat look new modern and every facility is available of your  flat. They speak very politely and their staff is has very good behaviors. I paid  installment in every three months.

In three years there is no any difficulty in the matter of financial. After three years when I take position in my flat it look  first class hotel. The material of house is good quality. New modern look of house. When I saw my flat I  am very happy to see that.
