Whoever you are, I am really surprised to see complaints here. According to my experience of living here in RAKESH FANTASY GARDEN, its really a nice place to live in. I am really satisfied as well as honored. I feel great at the time I receive guests and they start praising this apartment and my house. All around jogging track you have musical speakers, basement car park, greenery all over. Builder is also a nice person, he listen to problem and simultaneously solves it. These are my views of my experience, I am happy to have a house here and seeing everybody happy too.

It is very unfortunate that people like you do not know about quality of construction materials and writing your comments. Also you have not seen b grade of hospital otherwise you would have been not compare the fantasy garden and hospital.i am sorry to say but the fact is you are a sick person go to other project during the construction stage and then only compare.

I have seen Fantasy Garden during all the construction stages and found all the materials used are of number one quality.whatever builder will offer or do no one will be 100 % satisfy.

Rasing your finger to builder first see that two fingers are pointing at you also. First judge yourself and then others.

The whole building is painted like a B Grade hospital, only cheap quality materials used for construction, no reliability, very poor maintenance. The construction is so poor that it is very difficult to make any corrections. The builder has fooled all the buyers of the flats.

No proper sewage water treatment. No proper functioning water treatment plant. No facility for drainage water, rain water everything gets blocked. Parking is also a major issue, as the space provided for parking is very small. Rajiv Jain, partner of Rakesh Builders and Developers is the worst builder. He is unfit to undertake projects even in a village.

Poor quality elevators don’t function consistently. Children usually get locked in the lifts due to its malfunctioning. The bathroom water leaks and there is seepage in the walls of every floor. Repainting and waterproofing required almost everywhere. The builder makes no effort to correct the mistakes or improve the building in anyway.

Rakesh builders and developers is the worst place to invest your money. It is a real waste of money. Several problems with the legal documents which are still pending. And the whole building is not as per the GOVT norms. Most metal parts are already rusting. Electrical wiring not done well, all wires hanging outside and painted white. Pathetic workmanship by the Builder. Wiring in the flats also not done properly. Major complications, buyers beware of this fraud builder, Rakesh builders and Developers.

This builder is known for possibly cheating every single buyer of the flats. This builder cheats buyers by quoting the future value of the flats, promises the buyers that he would offer premium facilities. After the buyer has booked his flat at a higher price other than the present value, the builder further delays his construction and extends his project completion date.

Later, denies all the premium facilities promised at the time of booking by claiming that other buyer are not willing to have the premium facilities or pay. Rakesh builders and developer's partner, Mr.Rajiv Jain is known for exploiting buyers of the flats in various ways.

He illegally acquires properties by all means. He’s already entangled in several scams. If ever all buyers take legal action, he will be found begging on streets but still buyers might not get complete compensation. All projects by this builder are done with the worst quality materials, and very unprofessionally, no guarantee of the building, poor quality elevators, all walls leaking, congested parking and pillar construction, poor maintenance. Buyers beware of this deceitful builder. None of the projects are as per the GOVT norms.

Fantasy garden is one of the wonders on the this fraud builder Rakesh builder and developer. All walls are wet and leaking within a year of possession, pathetic construction and only B Grade quality material and labour used for everything. Horrible workmanship. The whole complex is like a breeding place for insects. No pesticides. Water from the swiming pool is is leaking and staining the cars in the basement with permanent paint. This builder is a fraud does not pay any workers. hires cheap labour, absolutely no professionals at all. all pipes are seen outside and paited white. I wonder still people are getting conned.The builder claims that this fantasy garden is like a resort. The builder is such a fraud. The expected date for completion of this projects was January'2006. its not yet completed. The swiming pool has no inlet and out let pipe, the water is always dirty, no filter. No water treatment plant has been installed till date, for which builder collected money and conned members again.
