Dishonest and fruad builder, stay away from him

I had booked a flat in RS Construction's new

project. G Ramaswamy owner of the RS Construction had promised delivery in Jun,

1. But despite the full payment year before, the project has still to be

completed. Builder and all his people have disappeared after collecting money

from us residents.

Construction is of very inferior quality with

water seeping in through the walls in first year. Building has no permanent

electricity or water connection and RS Construction doesn't respond to any

complains. We are undergoing lot of mental harassment and inconvenience as the

flats are in unlivable condition. We are loosing money both on EMIs and rent.

Some residents are even planning to approach courts for redressal of the

problems faced. Please stay away from buildings of this builder/company.

They just collect money from people quoting

lesser rates but after they have money from all the residents they simply stop

the work and disappear.
