Fraud. We were asked to pay 5000/- to block a room number at Tokyo bay and if we decide not to go ahead with paying booking amount the amount will be refunded in 4-5 working days. we paid them on july 26 and after 2 months we are still chasing them for refund. Sales team, customer care team, accounts dept., None of them responds.

Wish we could rate them zero stars...
