I had but 2bhk in bangalore from big brand name Prestige.They are big only in name.They care about money only.They always trying to catch money from customer but making delay in project.They are not completing project at time given you.If you are buying property from Prestige then there is 100% delay in your construction, and you had to wait for your dream home.They triy to complete more than one project at one time, and can not complete single project They are very costly.There project are very costly in bangalore.They had very bad customer service.They did not receive call quickly.When I get my home I found door are made up of bad materials.I had really bad experience with Prestige constructions.

I have bought a 3BHK recently in Bangalore. Prestige just has the brand but it’s absolutely pathetic. I have houses with other big brands also but this is by far the worst. Hopeless customer service with an attitude. They just care about money. Even the construction was delayed by a year. Bad quality doors, wiring without pipes. horrible experience.

Hello Friends,

I have taken handover two months back from one of the prestige group and constructed by L&T

Unfortunately, we are facing numerous problems with this flat. I am really disappointed because of the following problems.

1. All 17-floors water is coming into my utility area and attached video for your kind information. They did some work, however we are facing the same problem again and again. As you know that this is a serious safety issue getting the drain water in my kitchen area and you can understand the quality of construction.

2. Ceiling water leak from 1st floor: as per the attached pictures ceiling is leaking very close to the electrical area and this is another safety concern

3. Ceiling water leak on the bath room: This has been communicated to your team numerous times; however no action was taken till now.

4. Shower Tap leak: This has been the problem from the day one and now you can see the corroded tap in my flat.

I dont expect this kind of chilly issue with prestige constructions and not even in dream.

I hope this will help you to make a outcome of the prestige construction.

Prestige Sunrise Park(Birchwood, Norwood) review. Behind Electronic City.

Sy.No.29 to 32 of Gollahalli Village, Attibele HoRobotouch, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore-562106

One of my friends booked here at Rs 5, 500  per sq ft thinking that it was the last property on earth. Now the same is being quoted at Rs 4, 250 per sq ft. It seems that there is no uniform pricing when it comes to sales but rather sell at higher prices to unsuspecting buyers.

These high prices properties do not get many buyers later on as the nearby properties usually quote at half the price. There are not many property buyers and there is absolutely nothing around electronic city. The closest mall is Forum Mall in Kormangala which is approx 15 km away(30 mins drive)

There are delays in all Prestige projects by 1-2 years without aishwaryasingh23ing any penalties for delay even though the clause is there in the agreement.

Be careful where you put your money. Gone are the days when there was trust in Big brands/Big names. Needless to say anything about the quality when 14 floors of Prestige Shantiniketan building came crashing down like a pack of cards in Whitefield area in Oct 2008.

Although I liked Prestige Constructionguru30s group a lot, my personal opinion is keep away as delivery dates are usually delayed, and presently expected delivery is somewhere around August 2017.

As on April 2017, I would now mention to avoid this project as the sales persons are not committing on the dates. In fact they are mentioning that the building under Constructionguru30 cannot be visited under "any circumstances". Not sure what they have to hide with their cheap materials. Please avoid this project. In fact is it better to stay on rent of Rs 22K per month than shelling out Rs 50K per month as EMI.

Update as on July 2017: They have put some banners in Electronic City about GST sale offer @3999/- per sq ft. not sure how low they will go.

I booked an Apartment with Prestige Builders with strong intent to buy it for self-purpose. The source to fund this property planned was through 2 ways selling my land & taking loan in 40:60 ratio, when things were going as planned my colleague who is a qualified CA has told me in one of the conversation(in Nov?15) that I am selling my land within 3 yrs of purchase which will attract huge capital gain tax. And 3 yrs will be completing in March 2016.

I convinced my land buyer to wait till March?16 for registration of the property and also contacted Prestige representatives and relationship manager in Nov?15 in getting extension so the apartment payment can be made in March?16. However when Prestige representative confirmed me that extension is not possible then I have no option but to cancel my apartment booking on 19th Nov?15 and with it the land deal as well.

However least I know that my ordeal has just started with this so called reputed builder-PRESTIGE Group. It took me more than 3 months, innumerable follow ups through calls, emails & personally visiting Prestige office, discussing with various representatives(as no one took the ownership) asking for my money. Finally I received my check on 26th Feb and that too after deduction of penalty.

Buyers are contractually obligated when it comes to making payment in time or otherwise builders like Prestige can levy interest on the delayed payment. Then?.Why we don?t have refund timeline defined in the contract? Can builder take its own sweet time to refund and also not liable to pay interest? And top of all of this?Is the consumer like me needs to go through harassment(hundreds of calls & emails follow ups) of demanding my own money?

I feel like cheated, molested by this so called renowned builder - PRESTIGE REAL ESTATE GROUP

I bought the single 1 BHK appartment in prestige PORUR chennai but still car allotment is not happened to me. at the time of booking they said that car allotment is not for 1 BHK later they are saying car allotment is not booked. it was buisness tatics to increase the amount of car parking amount. at the time of car booking is 2, 00, 00 now they are asking as 3, 50, 000.

I feel very bad towards prestige Porur appartment chennai.

Worst "reputed" builder one can find. Don't be swayed by the material they have on their website.

Sunnyside project in Bangalore has been delayed by almost 1.5 years; handover was supposed to be in december 2014, and was then postponed to June 2015, and hasn't still happened(as of February 2016).

NO transparency from Prestige in terms of the status of the project or the expected date of completion. In the rare instances, one does  get a response from the CRM on the timelines, its all vague and false information.

Furthermore, Prestige is supposed to pay a penalty to customers for delayed handover. No response from Prestige on this despite multiple emails.

This whole exercise with Prestige is causing a lot of heartache and mental tension. DON'T recommend engaging with Prestige on pre-construction programs
