Prestige Construction has become horrible now, I bought one property in their Prestige Fern Residency and They delayed possession by 1 year. Funny part is that when you send email for compensation they do not even reply but they are asking customer to pay some additional money close to 50000/-, which was not mentioned anywhere in the agreement while buying the flat.

They have interstate vat, which non builder charges unless they have communicated. They only reply to emails when they want to get money from flat owners that to Money which was not mentioned in any document and they are forcing flat owner to pay to do registration. Most importantly, they are compromising on many safety majors also which is even not expected by small builders also.

Some areas after so many complaints also there is no fencing so dogs keep coming and some area there is not boundary wall also even after complaining  also they are not doing anything. It is horrible experience with Prestige Constructions  which all  flat owners experienced.

I have had several occasions to visit prestige constructions site and found that the open space provided is too large and have very good amenities compared to sobha or brigade(of their levels). the quality of construction is also been at good levels.'without doubt it is best in bangalore.

Prestige shantiniketan in whitefield is the best example. However, the rentals compared to other equally good builders is less by 2000-3000 for a 3BHK as a result, people have doubts on its quality. But nothing to fear, it is the locations also which matter.

Hi guys today iam going share my experience with prestige builder and developers . iam staying in Bangalore, and my friend wanna take home in prestige group, we seen that they will charge much and their materiel also very expensive, how ever it is we paid the money, after that they given 1 year time to build a room in apartment .

We waited for 1 year but still it didn't completed . when ever we ask about completing the work they wont give any proper response . My friend wanna take money back and he wanna invest some where else . in that process we went to ask them but they told that they wont give money back . then too we waited for 6 months still its not done . after some it was completed . guess what we are so happy with that what they just build for us. its was too late to construct but at the we are so happy . may its costly but were satisfied about their work .

I went to neo-town in Electronic City to evaluate GM Infinity project for the investment purpose. I found GM to be highly unprofessional and changed their statements number of times within one day.

While coming back from GM Infinity office, I saw Prestige Sunrise Park, and thought to speak with them about the project. Where I met Their sales person, Mr Syed.

I found the interaction to be very professional, transparent and clear cut. Negotiation on pricing was possible and found their pricing to be be apt to the market. Prestige group employees are proud of their company and working environment. This is good sign that same satisfaction is guaranteed for their customers as well.

I always believed that newly launched projects carries risks. While projects near completion to be the best best, as most of their legal/economic hurdles are over by then.

Their payment and billing process is also very transparent and professional. Very cooperative to queries I raised, help in paper work for the loan and extending the billing dates requests whenever I requested with reason.

I think I made a good decision to book an apartment in Prestige Sunrise Park - Norwood block.

I am going to share my story, One day I was in prestige Truncal City properties which is located at old madras road bangalore, . When I went their their is a security women gard I ask that I have go to inside she didn;t allow me . she said that please provide me all the details where you want to go exactly so that I an allow you. then I encern person from prestige then I went to the campus. Frustrating that I've been reminding close to a year now to validate the excess TDS payments made, no one bothers to respond. Mind you, I have shared my data to make it easy on them! Statements of other people are sent to me, when I seek mine. Even when you escalate, none of the seniors respond. However, payment reminders are prompt. Cell numbers given are never picked up before 10 m or after 5 pm.

Yet, you pay a premium! Is this supposed to be one of the best brand of builders?
