I would like to share my experience with you all it may help who looking for career growth and opportunities in real estate sector one of the other day. have good experience in the sector of real estate and I was worked for A tire builder before I joined to Preeti Developers after joined I relised that this is not the place where i can work in long-term because few reasons below

A. No ethics

B. No commitment

C. No transparency

D. No humanity

E. No appreciate

F. No benefits

G. No respect

H. No logical

I.No value for human effort

Etc..........

The person who i was reported to he have no sales experience, no market trend follows, no client management etc....but he will expect thethings to upon unlogically, people should work like a mission. Most of the time days run by meetings..I was surprised why management is not took any action knowing everything I have wasted my time and effort

We have booked a plot and were told to give 4 dates for registration which was done and we following from our end .

Not even single mail response from CRM team as promised still kept in dark even after 15 days of agreement.

Even management was marked a copy where in not got even a single call or mail response for 2 weeks which is horrible.

When called on the number provided by website even response from receptionist was not professional neither she transferred the call to CRM team or management. She was reluctant to do so.

Only the project manager Mr. Venkatesh is coming on line and did not keep up the promise that was made to us. Nor he is connecting us to the management, which shows utterly lack of professionalism in handling the customer. Whenever we call he repeats the same dialogue which is against the wish of customer and he is not supportive to customer.

We had lot of hopes about the project , just allocation of dates for registration as requested by us is not addressed in a professional and favourable manner, which is absolutely trivial issue which has blown out of proportion resultant inconvenience to us customer.

Atleast now we hope the management will take this seriously and solve the issue in a peaceful manner

Good responsible company with commitment to client requirements. We have taken a rental guaranteed villa in palasamudram in mid 2019. Even during Corona we have continued to receive rents as assured.

Property Purchase experience with Peeti Developers was good. We have purchased a plot in their Mysore project. Even after 4 years of purchase there is someone always to provide updates or required assistance towards house construction etc. Once registrations over usually builders stop communications and we have to figure out on our own. With Preeti our experience was completely different have referred my family members to take in their upcoming project.

We have taken a rental guaranteed villa in Palasamudram in mid 2019. Even during corona we have continued to receive rents as assured.
