We have booked a plot and were told to give 4 dates for registration which was done and we following from our end .

Not even single mail response from CRM team as promised still kept in dark even after 15 days of agreement.

Even management was marked a copy where in not got even a single call or mail response for 2 weeks which is horrible.

When called on the number provided by website even response from receptionist was not professional neither she transferred the call to CRM team or management. She was reluctant to do so.

Only the project manager Mr. Venkatesh is coming on line and did not keep up the promise that was made to us. Nor he is connecting us to the management, which shows utterly lack of professionalism in handling the customer. Whenever we call he repeats the same dialogue which is against the wish of customer and he is not supportive to customer.

We had lot of hopes about the project , just allocation of dates for registration as requested by us is not addressed in a professional and favourable manner, which is absolutely trivial issue which has blown out of proportion resultant inconvenience to us customer.

Atleast now we hope the management will take this seriously and solve the issue in a peaceful manner
