There is something you can tell & feel when you look at someone that's the feeling I got when I meet these guys and their team from plutus partners , so humble , to the ground , very considerate , clear , fair & very productive towards their clients and what they believe in and stand for.

Whatever was decided in the agreement is been done accordingly until unless you want some change you can always reach out and they'll be happy to let you know the cost difference with proper understanding between the  parties and happily induct those changes in your respective project. Let me take a tour of what i've been through with these guys .

Their labourers can be a challenge at times as you can't make people like labours understand ethics and morals of a business. Labourers get a little laid back at times but the management get a hold back at them and brings them back to line as soon as possible . Their associates are very helpful at site and very ears to the customers .

The company is very resourceful can hook you up with anything you want in no time for your concerned project. They like listening and they'll always make sure they grip you with their warmth whenever you go to their office. They treat you well when you are at their place offering you a nice cup of nescafe and refresments , if they don't they are probably out of stock but be sure they'll get back to you sooner than soon the very next time. Thats how these people are , investment & security wise they are well mature to understand the attactment you have towards your property and investment so they have helpers who live at the site securing the project till its done. These people love to learn from their mistakes always open to new ideas and prospects , always open to advices , suggestions & feedbacks very open minded . The MD of the company Mr vivek he's a saint very calm and cool treats you as you treat him but very ears to people , he's a listner and a action taker. Their team is very improving at stage they keep learning and applying with enriching experiences they have. So the bottom line is you can't go wrong even if you feel that you may get it wrong because these guys will take care of you and your investment like it's their own and stand right by you at your side at all times be assured and just give them a chance to let them prove it to you that you haven't made a mistake by choosing these guys for you and your family take care.

Plutus partners in HSR was recommended by my friend when I was looking for a civil engineer and contractor to undertake our house renovation works. Met Mr. Vivek, the director and was convinced by his professionalism. I got a few quotes from other contractors too but decided to go with Plutus as their pricing and specifications was within our expectations.

We are overall happy with our new construction and will recommend their work and delivery. Whatever little delays were experienced were all overcome to our satisfaction. We had to change a few plans and material brands along the way but these were also accommodated very professionally by the team. So I would rate them high for any civil works project. Definitely will use their services in future

We had our home constructed and delivered to our satisfaction this April 2015 and are happy with the Plutus team. Mr. Vivek & Mr. Arun the engineers met all our specifications and most importantly did not go over budget or over time.

Being an IT couple, we had little time to monitor the progress of work on a daily basis, but the engineer and the managers stuck to the delivery timelines and we are very happy with the quality of materials used as it was exactly as per our contract. Now we are getting our interiors also done up through Plutus and look forward to their great delivery

This is the most horrible and unprofessional business firm I have come across in my life. When I posted a query on Sulekha.com for a small construction work, I got many responses and one of them was Plutus Partners (https://plutuspartners.in).

Since the construction was very small, we did not go for a detailed contract and everything was finalized over phone. The contact person (who called himself as Managing Director of Plutus Partners) agreed for the project for INR 1, 55, 000 (Rs One lac fifty five thousand only) and the work was to be completed in one week time. However, after one week, the work was not even completed 20% and the quality was horrible. When we saw the quality and completion, my wife called the so called MD. He was so rude that we could not continue our discussion with him. He even used a very harsh language. When we requested him to come and see the quality of the work personally, he said "What do you think? an MD of the company will come for the inspection?" I dont know he is MD or what but anyway we decided that we will monitor the work on daily basis so we started to sit at the site from morning to evening.

Two days later, I got a call from this so called MD that now the construction cost has increased so I have to pay INR 1, 80, 000/- When I said that the agreement amount is 1, 55, 000 and I am paying as per the agreement, he threatened to demolish the entire construction and also told that if I dont pay more, I will face dire consequences. So we thought of discontinuing the work but we had already paid almost 75% of the money. At the end, the work was completed as per his horrible quality standards and we had to accept it as he was talking like a local goon.
