Sales person do not keep their promise

I was speaking to Kiran (Sales manager from Pioneer developer) for Pioneer Silver lane project in Sarjapura, Bangalore. We finalized the Plot No 169 and agreed on Rs.72L on 20th Feb evening. I was about to book the plot on the next day morning. It's very unfortunate about the next part, received a call from the sales team on 21st Feb morning stating that somebody else is giving better price of Rs.76L and we are unable to give the plot to you. No idea how they are handling the client, this is very unprofessional approach. I would say if you are dealing with Kiran from the Pioneer sales team, please be careful. He can take any decision to increase his commission.
