Panacea Builders, Bangalore

Panacea builder has slowly given most of the aminities and now leaving few item .they have completed everything.Still OC is pending.Hope Dr Nagendra will look into this.We are yet to receive parking.I will hope he comes and short out the issue.There are few aninities missing hope builder will pay heed to it and get it done Example intercom.

Expensive, not approachable although very famous builders of the city-

I have been living in Bangalore for 5 years now with my family. As now we want to settle here, I thought to buy a new house in new builder’s scheme in Bangalore. Panacea Builders are very famous and their construction and new schemes are very popular. I went to their office to see the sample house of the new scheme but they kept on delaying it.

After about a week, we got to see the sample and quite liked it. I thought to book one of the houses so that whenever its ready we can take possession and move in. But the builders were not available for the deal to make. Also, the one we wanted to book was told be sold but it was not. I did not understand why they said so and so I made my mind to look for any other builder’s scheme than Panacea.

They are pretty professional in their approach.  They have given what they have offered.  Project has come in good shape and has reasonably good facilities.  I have seen it through the construction stage and the quality of construction is good.  My couple of friends have bought there and they are happy.  It is definitely a value for money project.

The location is good considering that it is on the main road.  I have seen and spoken to many builders on that road and the rates are very high.  These guys in spite of their location on the main road, facilities are offering at very competetive rate.

Never buy any flats from Panacea builders pvt ltd. Booked a flat in panacea golden nest 1.5 month ago. Builder promised me to give some complimentary items like wardrobe or dining set. Forget about complimentary, after giving booking amount they increased Rs. 1 Lakh.

I agreed(My Mistake) and also gave them 20% of the total amount. But they kept on delaying agreement. I visited their HSR office about 10-15 times for doing agreement. Finally they cancelled my flat saying that other customers are paying more than you.

I'm going to file a case against them in consumer forum.
