Pathetic client service once the booking amount is taken. Handled by zero experienced staff in real estate, it's a feeling as though you are doing business in a Mela with unprofessional staff. Had a terrible experience, they will just waste your time. Honestly they need to upgrade their client service experience with qualified staff who knows real estate market for such a start up brand like them!

Staff courtesy falls all new low levels, once they take the booking amount. They are not even educated about things like demonetisation or market conditions. Mindlessly they keep following for more money and keep increasing the square foot rate even after booking. Seriously, this was a Sabzi Mandi experience. I was astounished by their behaviour, they need to go miles. The lesson learnt was it is always better to go with known brands in this sector!

Not worth buying the latest project Near New airport. Park Lane! The prices are not the same what in the announcement (its only for the west facing), you will only get to know when you visit the site.

For that price we can get even better sites within 30-35KMS in Bangalore. Not required to go to 65-70 KMS. Think before you invest.
