I was the first person to occupy my flat in Niranjan Genesis.

Ashrit and Abhinas both helped me a lot to fulfill all the amenities and facilities as per the commitment.

It has been 3 years as of now and so far so good.

Though the total area of the society was small but the way they organized all the stuffs was great.

Great planning in Light and Air ventilation to each flat which I liked most.

I would recommend others .

Niranjan group or Niranjan developers are the most worst builder on the earth, they are good untill they sell they sell their flats for higher rates, once u paid money they make ur life miserable.

Abinash - speaks very nicely to make u get into this trap.

Asrit - he thinks he is the god, he will ask u believe him for everything, but he will never respond to any of ur mails. He thinks he is prime minister. If u question him, he will start shouting at u.

Akshay - Good for nothing. but atleast listens to u, he cannot do anything, no power.

Madhavi - their accountant / office assistant/ sends u a mail when the builder needs something, u ask for some clarification on email, she will take Asrit route.

These r the 4 donkeys u will be struggling to handle all thru ur life if u buy flat from them.

If u r looking for some kick in life to play with pigs, maroons, blood suckers, unprofessional, rude, inhumane people, then u can purchase a flat from them.

They make u cry for dreaming about a sweet home.

Before booking a flat, visit any of their recent projects. Residents can give u the true story.

One star is big ting for them, there is no zero star option here.

I rented out a flat with Niranjan group of builders three years ago. And so far I have enjoyed my stay here at one of their projects in begur. The architecture is really well planned. Love the concept of open kitchen it's very modern. And the location of the project is absolutely delightful.
