Not quite sure after going through the review here that if Nigama Developers are trustworthy or not.I bought a plot in the year 2006 and the entire deal went very smoothly. Got it registered on time to be double sure took a loan from IDBI home finance.

There was no reason to be suspicious then. I had then bought it through the agent names Kuldeep Bhosle who later turned to be a fraud. Now he is underground and his brother Kashinath Bhosle is running the show in the name of his brother. They have formed a company named Krupa Developers.

If any one has bought a plot recently in phase I or II.can you please share your recent experience.
