This can be the worst ever experience one can have while visiting the project

Once you enter the property there are hardly anyone to assist you as they don't have a proper marketing team (probably they thought of not funding for a skilled marketing team)

There is no one who can answer your questions clearly at any point, they themselves are confused when you ask anything about the property

No proper brochure or even a sheet of paper where you can refer to about the price breakup/property

The overconfidence level is high, maybe the location gives it to them, but if you are planning to invest in this property just be assured that there will be no one to properly assist you in any of your queries. The marketing or whosoever guys don't even know what to talk about the property.

The employees were also strutting around with one laptop among all the customers.

Also, Lake view?!! :D

This is a beautiful apartment complex with ample amenities and great location. What a perfect place to call home - where not only aesthetics are given great detail but safety and comfort are also given high priority and kept at the forefront of things. Each building has two fire staircases as well as sprinklers installed throughout with evacuation also possible from the terrace! Being a Town & City Planner from London I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in and around Bengaluru! A big thank you to Maaz Dawood(the developers) they are extremely professional & will go out of their way to help you always:)

Last month I purchased 3 Bedroom apartment. This is the time to buy . Proximity to all side of roads are good. I purchased after looking at possibilities of buying other properties. good location with superb ventilation.

I visited the site and felt good about this project as the location is great and reasonable priced. sales team service was good.
