I have purchased my plotfrom Max Reality last year. They are slow in resolving few matter, however if you have someone responsible then you can come out of the issues easily. One of the responsible person I met in Max Reality is Ranganatha. When evr I have approached him with any of the issues I am facing in my plots documentation he makes sure he act on it asap.
