This is a fraud builder. I am owning many properties and purchase and sell many in past. but this is worst builder ever seen in my life.
possession is already one delay which means cost of apartment for buyer is 4L rupees higher.
still there is no hope of BESCOM, OC, CC, khata transfer.
Apartment is no liveable due to non-availability of water and bescom but this immature builder builder says that my responsibility is just till construction and now you go to hell.
builder is super VIP, you can't meet him and CRM team is like government employee, they don't even listen to you.
they have created one sided agreements, and tell their buyer go to court if you have any issues.
They knows that a common man has put all their life saving in buying a home and not have much courage to take risk to go legal so they don't give their buyer a sht.
