The flats and apartments constructed by Marutham Group was impressed to my entire satisfaction, and also in a timely and efficient manner Marutham Group was courteous, and reliable in all stages of their work like in construction process, buildings possession, documents preparation and so on.

And I like to thank their sales team who has given me clear cut information about the materials and the quality of product used for the construction process. There was a little bit doubt at the time of getting the possession due to little bit delay on this. But after their suggestion we were satisfied with the documentation process.

In future always I shall recommend Marutham Group Builders for buying any flat.
