Mahima Groups, Bangalore

I booked one flat at Bangalore through Mahima groups.Mahima group is the best flat dealing company.They always work hard to provide best service.Thier Customer service is good as they always true discription about the flats and other proerties.Staff members always talk in good way and also give suggestion like which is the best property and why? .Thier flats are situated in middle of the bangalore city and provide in cheap reates and also give some discounts on festivals.Their staff member also helped to me withdraw my laon through Axis Bank.

Hello im going tl share my experience with mahima group.

It is a Banglore based group they have so many buildings all over India and I too invested my money on Mahima flat. I booked 3BHk flat in banglore at a starting price of 50 lakhs . I contacted them about when will I get my flat so that I can shift my stuff as im living in a rented house. They have shown a perfect picture of what are they giving in these flats like designer door. Perfect kitchen. Stainlesss steel sinks , natural stones etc but after giving the down payment when I went to see the flats I was dissapointed the flat was not at all what they said. And when I tried calling to talk thier manager they never give me a staright answer and says he is out of country . I have also emailed him but havent received any reply yet.

The only thing I like is the location. And its been 1 year since I bought this flat but still they havent given me the possession of the flat and all the papers and still I have to pay the maintenance fee which is way higher than what they told me while signing the contract . I feel like I have been cheated and I warn you too not invest your money on Mahima group.

THE MAHIMA GROUPS LOCATED in bangalore.i didnt liked it there behaviour and attitude towards they clients are very bad.they tell you to invest rs 40-50 lakhs then didnt give the flat asked you to wait for a longer period of time.after investing a huge amount taken from loans has to pay an emi of 12000 rs per month.this mahima groups are very bad they dont know the value of money of the other peoples.i dont recomment this to anyone.there are not worthy of trusting.hope this review has helped you.

Its been all going wonderfull and I was started feeling proud that I’ve been associate with the great group who know customers value. But But. My happieness didn’t last for so long.I’ve been giving my payment as per CLP plan as and when asked. However I charge late payment by Mahima in Nov 2014 for Feb 2014 late payment! Yes just after 9 months after that I paid my bank first 85% payment late by 10-15 days which was promised in Feb that it will be taken care as I would be coming in March on Holi and Mahima understand’s customer values who dont leave in same city. Despite many calls and many mails after got shocking late payment charges of 40000/- I thought to check this more at the time of possession and same aggreed by Mahima immediately. In january, I got possession intimation as my pre emi payment was supposed to paid my Mahima till possession so I visited the flat to verifiy if everything is done. I found no electricity meter, gas meter, few tiles were broken.I informed the same to Mahima but they are just concern for last 5% charge and asking me to go for registry else I’ll have to pay extra late charge. I came to Jaipur and setup ameeting with them and ask for few certificates like NOC, OC, Allotement letter and meter reading etc.

I bought flat from mahima group in may 2015 in studio pAnasultansche . That time they have commited to me for possession of flat in jan 2016 after they give me next date in june 2016 for possession. But same were not provided to me after that they give me possession date in nov 2016 .but still I have not getting any final possession date feom this biggest group. All the employees who have sold me the flat already left the company. I have written so many mails to compny customer support care mail id but no reaponse found till the date. I am still residing in rented house and also aishwaryasingh23ing EMI of said flat @ 12000 per month. I am aishwaryasingh23ing rent @ 10000/- per month. Now you can understand that I am in big problem due to this bed deal . They will not take the flat buy back and nor resale the flat. I am in big financial crises. No body os helping me . Allbthe employee are expert to give answer that they are not having buy back scheme and they dod not gave any possesion date in agreement also. Finally I am going into consumer court , this is the last option for me. Pls do not do any deal with this company . Company will takw sign in there agreement and cut it your hand for any legal things.

Mahima group is one of the biggest buildcom in entire country and mainly in jaipur and banglore but if you go to there office for visitting any site than the attitude from the end of there staff was not good and then you need to wait for long in there office for the cab to go to the site. The finance scemes are not all good and does not attaract you to take a home loan. You need a special treatment when you go to invest 40-50 lakhs and they didnot give you any special treatment and hummuliates you a lot by making you wait a lot.
