General local connectivity issues are not catereed to. These involve local transport, basic entertainment services and that adds up to extra time taken to commute to far off distances. This problem needs to be taken care of such that the time is saved and buyers see a potential return in their investment in these properties.

This is one of the very peculiar example of lack of proper workmanship to take care of many of the defects that keep on arising and have in general lead to expansion in the long list of defects.

The builder promised us that he would make sure that the work would be done on time and if it does not we would get our compensation but niether did we get our compensation and niether did we get our house any where close to the date that he mentioned.

At the time of possession, there will be different demands that appear and you will have to forfeit your advance money if you do not agree to those demands!

The car lift at this apartment breaks down quite a lot and residents are not able to use their cars. There are also no proper amentities and there is no proper fire fighting system as well.

These people demand more money at the time of possession and deny giving you possession of the flat if you refuse to do so. There was nothing mentioned about money that needs to be payed during the time of possession so it is quite horrible that they would cheat people of their hard-earned money like that!

There have been many developers who have not been credible enough with a consistent past record which possibly showcases how the developers lack the trust factor to deliver projects in a timely basis. Also quality standards is not promised of.
