M M Residency, Bangalore

Beware of M M Residency  builder. I bought flat in 2007. till now they haven’t finished the project. All of us have paid the complete money. Most of us took possession and completed the internal works ourselves spending extra money. But M M Residency  is not finishing the external common works till now.

They are big liars and never keeps any commitment. We are behind them for last 4 years; still they are not finishing the project. Never buy any of the projects from M M Residency .

They are big frauds.

One 3 BHK flat was booked by me @ M M Residency with total cost of Rs. 22 lacs and booking amount of Rs. 150, 000- was paid on 26.08.2011. The payment was realised by them. There was no response after making various enquiries. We sent regd. letter but returned un delivered. On personally contacting them , we were told that your flat was cancelled in the year of 2012 itself ( No information was given ).

If you want to book again in the same locality, same measurement, same place etc., you have to book with price of Rs. 32.00 Lakh. We approached to CREDAI and sent them two reminders, but nothing happened i.e. no response, so far from the CREDAI.
