I booked a 2 BHK apartment in one of the Logix Group’s projectsLogix Blossom County on the suggestion of my friend, I am a happy customer because I got on time possession, quality of products used in the flat and amenities are also nice.It is fully furnished with a double bed, fridge, microwave and etc. Worth investing.

My experience with Logix Group is quite well, I have recently purchased a studio apartment in Logix Blossom County. The location of the project is good and everyone in my family liked it. With Proper interior designing, it is fully furnished and managed flat. There are 18 towers in the area of 25 acres. Very good balance between natural resources and concrete amenities in the project.

Logix Blossom County is a good project to invest in. The construction quality of the top class and the management is very supportive. I have never faced any issue so far in dealing with them. Plus, the rate of appreciation is indeed better than the market.

I have invested inLogix Blossom County and let me tell you all that it is one of the best decisions that I took. Looking at the current scenario in theNoida market, I am really fortunate to have invested here. And withLogix Group started handing over the projects, I am now straightway getting two-fold appreciation on my investment.

Well, I read most of the reviews here on this platform. And I thought it is really required here to leteveryone know that the best way to check a project's health is to check the quality of construction and the delivery track record. And both the parameters were good withLogix Group. I really liked the quality of products like tiles thatLogix is using in its projects. I also liked the fact that where every other developer inNoida is defaulting on their delivery timelines, Logix has given possessions of its projects. These facts talk a lot about the project. I am happy that I have invested inthe Logix Group.

I have purchased Studio Apartment in Blossom Zest, Set 1, Unit No. 1120 in subvention plan. I got the possession letter for my unit No. 1120, set 1, and paid the final amount to get NOC. Along with NOC, I got the maintenance agreement. But, I can see in point no 2.3 there is monthly usage charge of Rs 750+ GST is mentioned for Club usage. However, I have already paid the club membership amount at time of purchase. I am ready to pay Maintenance charge of Rs 2+ GST per sq feet but club usage charge is totally unjustified. Either return the club membership amount or remove this usage charge from the agreement.

I don't think this charge is feasible and applicable to me.

I have booked a plot in Logic Empire estate project more than 7 yrs ago but now after having kept and used my hard earned money for this long period the company is saying that project is shelves and they will return the money with 5% Simple interest.

This is horrible.

And above that they have not even returned that since last 3 months.

This builder is a cheat and I advice all not to invest your money in any of its projects

My experience with Logix Group is quite good, I had visited blossom greens last week. People are living there and I also purchased a flat there. The proposed metro station is nearby blossom greens. I like the project's amenities they are providing. A very calm and greener place.

I have seen the project - Logix Blossom Zest. It is a nice project having fully furnished apartments and 2 BHK apartments also available. I visited this place last week, I purchased a studio apartment in Logix Blossom Zest.

It is nearby the Blossom greens project, location is good if you are looking residential property in Noida. The proposed metro station is there. I am getting all amenities in blossom zest and fully furnished apartment like a double bed, fridge, sofa, microwave and many more. Good to see the project. Happy to have my home in blossom zest.

As of now, Logix Group has made a lot of projects in Noida. So that we were planning to buy a 3BHK flat in the area where we have a good society, transport facility, hospitality. SO that we met to Logix Group who brings us to Logix Blossom County, we are happy to have our home there. Thank you Logix Group for providing us such a great flat with all the amenities.

Logix city center is very well constructed a building by Logix group. I usually go there and feel very good. This building has the amazing infrastructure and the environment. Anyone can go to the city center for spending their time in a good way like there is every brand for shopping, PVR cinemas and every kind of entertainment things. This place is very crowdy as if you are single living in NCR, you can go there to spend your time with a quality meaning.

When I was living in Noida, we were 4 friends living there. Need a flat in the residential colony for the security purpose, more facilities, and environment. My company was in Noida, so want to be a place i.e nearby my job. I searched over the social media then I got to know about the Logix Group. We all went to see the localities. We lived there for 2 years. We had made up awesome memories there with the society people and between us. Go for the Logix Blossom County for the residential flats in Noida extension. I recommended.

Sorry m not agree, not a normal builder as u can see they launch the empire estate 7 year back and done nothing but collected the money and not adjusting the money or in other property . should return the money with market interest or adjust in other property .

And all the broker or agent are also misguide only to get their commission on the selling the property then they disappeared.

so go to buy only ready to move after see it physically .

One can see their failure to deliver the Empire estate scheme of Logix and not refund the money with market rate but offering at much lower rate 5%, just a joking.

I met with the Logix Group when I was looking for the office space in Noida. I was in need of a commercial space in an area with the crowd and an amount of professional environment also. So, I choose Logix city center for my office. All you need in your office is a good location, good infrastructure, good power backups, great environment, locality, and transport facility. I am happy to have my office in the city center.

I had booked a flat in logix zest but it fails to deliver. They are bluffing to deliver next year every time when we contact them since 2014. Construction was stopped long time back and not idea whether they will deliver or not. They already took more 80% of payment. I need to discuss how it should be taken further. Can someone who booked in zest can contact me to discuss what steps should be taken?
