Third class chor builder as I deposited 90% amount in 2011 but no hope possession of my flat only God or Supreme count help

PROJECT IS CASH STARVED, AND STALLED SINCE BEFORE THE PANDEMIC! DELAYED BEYOND 8 YEARS!

Builder owes NOIDA authorites more than Rs 270 crores. Because of this you cant register the property. See attached pic of Noida dues as per RTI filed.

Booking began in 2011, with promise of possession to first batch of buyers in 2013. I booked in 2013, promised possession in 2015. Like other cheated 2500 Homebuyers I am still waiting for my home.

Only Phase 1 VERYFEW flats are handed over(THAT TOO MINUS THE AMENITIES LIKE POOL CLUB HOUSE HOMEBUYERS PAID FOR). they get electricity form gensets, cant get electric supply form govt. coz of dues from authorities.

All other middle class buyers who invested their hard earned money are left waiting, running pillar to post. Many filed in RERA, despite positive judgements hardly any execution of the judgements, others like me filed in NCDRC.still waiting for justice. Sadly many homebuyers took loans, they are still homeless paying their EMI and house rent too.

These flats which are delayed for eternity are being sold in middle east( like in Bahrain) through 360 Realtors. builder is selling through deceitful ads in magicbricks/ 99 acres/ and through India Bulls too

Please dont buy - your money will be stuck. you will be left fighting court cases throughout your life like me

We booked Logix Blossom Green in 2011, since then 10 years have passed and we are still waiting for possession. No information from the builder about when they will deliver. They are only shifting deadlines every year. After every spot visit, I found our B tower in the same shape as it was 8 years ago. I have paid my entire life savings nearly Rs 45 lakhs, and was waiting for the final instalment to be paid at the time of possession. It seems Logix group has no money. Last year, they tied up with ATS to complete LBG, but ATS group backed out. All the work is at a standstill. We alongwith several other buyers have filed complaint with UPRERA. This is a fit case for the Supreme Court to intervene as it did against Amrapali, whose owner is now in jail

Hi friends, do not invest money in logix group through 360 realtors. This is fake & fraudulent company. You will get loss of your money. I have already stuck from 6 months. This is dealing in logix blossom zest project & other projects. Please take care.

I met with logix group when I was looking to buy a flat in Logix blossom county. After much talking, they clearly told me that they were running behind deadline and the handover will take time. I really appreciated their honesty as they told me every detail about the flat on drawing. I was impressed with them and decided to contact them further. We talked many times after and they assured that they would handover the flat by the end of this year. Really helpful

Logix Group is a known company for developing residences and complexes. Recently, they started the construction of Logix blossom which was hampered due to many external factors i.e demonetisation, falling GDP, etc. which also increased the slow handover of flats. Despite that, Logix blossom zest is a nice residence with spacious flats, green environment and also amenities like gymnasium, swimming pool and other basic necessities like 24 x 7 shops, etc. The expected date for starting handover is 2021 which is quite far.

Logix blossom greens 4 out of 5 stars.

PROS-

1. Residential society is built with all facilities within close proximity.

2. Green parks and green environment.

3. Basic necessities are available.

4. Reasonable price range

CONS-

1. Location too far away

2. Rooms are not spacious

3. It would take a lot of time for the handover of flats.

Overall saying, Logix is good considering you're willing to wait for your home and don't have to visit too often in Delhi as it is too far away.

Being in the real estate for more than five years, I can say that the Logix group is better than other companies and I have my reasons for it.

1. After demonetization, almost all of the real estate companies suffered a setback and Logix was no exception. Despite that, they still carried out some projects. Although the handover might be slow, the project is being constructed steadily.

2. Logix group has a very helpful and supportive staff and they always try to solve your query wherever possible. that things are very helpful when you're going to invest in a flat or residence.

3. Reviewing the flats, Logix blossom is a nicely built residence with all the amenities included. I was shown Logix blossom zest Phase 1 2 BHK flat.

Reviewing Logix Zest, there are many pros and cons regarding the residency and flat. First of all, the location is far away from Delhi and outside society, there isn't anything much to see. The amenities provided in the society are good which include a swimming pool, gymnasium along with other basic necessities.

I was shown 3 BHK Flat which was very good. Quality materials were used and everything was in its place. The price starting was reasonable also but the biggest disadvantage is that the handover would take a long time. Keeping time frame of mind, Logix would be a nice option.

In recent times, the construction business has suffered enormous losses, so Logix is no exemption. I am disappointed as their project has been delayed for a long time but I was eager to visit the residential area, so I did.

I visited the Logix blossom county sector 137. The apartment is short distance from my office which helpful to me. The flats shown were nice, the rooms were sizable enough amenities provided were good enough. Though it would take a lot of time to construct fully, I guess Logix is simply an investment to be made if you have eyes on future.

I visited Logix Blossom Green at sector 143 Noida as I wanted to invest but read some negative reviews so I wanted to check it myself. Upon visiting, I was accompanied by one of their member which made me feel quite special. Their Phase-1 was ready for registration so as soon as I entered the rooms, I found it comfortably spacious. It was 3 BHK along with lobby and kitchen, with bathrooms attached. Two balconies were attached, one on lobby and one on master bedroom. Speaking of flat, I found it very good and comfortable for my uses.

The facilities include Gym, Swimming pool and other shops for daily needs. which are located in the society.

I chose Logix Group because where I stay right now is way far from my office in Noida but wasn’t aware that it will make me wait for so long and that wait is still in process. I was happy that they will be providing me a fully furnished apartment but I hope when the project will be completed it will make me feel worth waiting and investing.

Before you make any investment in any of the project I will suggest you check after the track record of the builder whether it is the most trusted or reputed name in the industry, I also booked a studio apartment in Logix Blossom County last year, I also checked the builder’s past project quality, the property is registered with RERA or not and many more because it is really difficult to trust anyone especially when the location is Noida.

However, Logix made several promises to me and also showed how much they have developed, so I think that this project will soon become finished.

We all are aware of the state of construction in the entire Noida and on that, I have different opinions for Logix Group firstly they went with the flow and delayed the possession of flats but when I enquired about the situation, it gave me a clear picture. Yes, the broke the promise but still, things are acceptable. I hope it gets completed soon.

I have booked a 2 BHK apartment in Logix Blossom County a few months ago with many expectations but I must say they failed on some parameters such as late in possession but at the same time I am impressed with the quality of work and material they are using. My only expectation is that they should stick with their commitment and before you book just go and visit the site.

I purchased a 3 BHK penthouse in Logix Blossom County and although the possession was delayed due to several factors, it was good investment because of the location and amenities like clubhouse, fire extinguisher, lift, gated community, 247 security, etc. and the best part about it is that project location is close to my office.

From my experience, Logix Blossom County is a good project to invest in and reap profits. The construction quality of the top class and the management is very supportive. Plus, I have invested ina flat which has green surroundings nearby which makes this place very lively. I have never faced any issue so far in dealing with them.

Recently, I had invested inLogix Blossom County located in sector 137, Noida. It was one of the best decisions that I took. Looking at the current scenario in theNoida market, I am really fortunate to have invested here. And withLogix Group started handing over the projects, I am really happy generating profits from it.
