I have booked flat in 2013 and we were to receive possession by 2016. Now its 2019 and construction is not complete yet. Poor quality infrastructure and everytime we go to meet someone, we get different person with different excuse. Very irresponsible people. Dont know where to go and complain. Leaving my no here 9999988010. Lets unite together and file a case.

In 2013, I brought an ATM space in Unnati Fortune plot no 5, that time they were digging the ground and told me that the construction is already started and till 2017,

2019: The same situation till now, the only grown grasses are there.

Do not buy from this builder at any cost. They make false promises and take money from trusting buyers and fail to deliver even a single project. You will be naive to expect that you will get your hard earned money back and the interest rate that they promised in case the project got cancelled at the time of booking!

Street food is very rarely available in the nearby vicinity area. The street food outlet needs to cater to more number of timely services. People have to travel long distances to cater to the same. Street food should become more available.

These people demand more money at the time of possession and deny giving you possession of the flat if you refuse to do so. There was nothing mentioned about money that needs to be payed during the time of possession so it is quite horrible that they would cheat people of their hard-earned money like that!

Nobody takes care of the facilities here! There is no proper society! There is a plot for a swimming pool, but there is no water in it! There is no management that wants to take responsibility! This is horrible! We pay so much maintenance fees and this is what we get!

The social infrastructure is very strong. The Physical infrastructure such as connecting roads are very expensive. This further adds on to commute and transport facility which is not a great deal. Hence people don’t prefer to buy property in this area.

We have been since long for the possession.they will just keep on postponing the dates.

And now they are asking for more money and no concept of payment on possession.

They have become bankrupt.

No work is going on, they post on their website ready to move in but no work is going on and no registration till now.

No star rating should be asked for it

Hi, I booked a flat at Unnati Fortune's The Aranya Project in 2013 and was to receive the possession by 2017. However, the current state of the construction shows that the project cannot be completed for at least 2-3 years. The Builder has not only delayed the construction of the project but has also increased the super area and final price of the apartment without any information. All the buyers should collectively protest against the builder. There is a court complaint against the builder at the National Consumer Commission and I happened to read a notice of the court published in Times Of India on 25.01.2018. The Court is inviting all home buyers of the Aranya project by Unnati Fortune to come and join the case.Court notice has the name and no. of the lawyer who is fighting the case for buyers. Abhinav Bhatnagar Advocate Ph No. 9971700256 and has asked the buyers to join the case by April 2018. We buyers must unite and take strict action by participating in the case. Attaching the court notice for everyone to see.

  2. This is a pathetic and shameless builder - I have a flat in ARANYA, SEC-119, NOIDA - 100s of customers are stuck with this group.



  3. Every single person in their office / management or either crooks / liars / con-men.





PLEASE NOTE THEY HAVEN'T DELIVERED A SINGLE FLAT TILL DATE IN THIS PROJECT - The property is getting old & old with every passing day and once they gulp your money they ask you for more but don't feel responsible towards deliverable.

Aranya 119 is a good Project, well laid out and excellent location but it is way behind schedule!  It was started in 2011 but at this rate the project may go into 2018!  The promoters need to pull up their socks and look at completion and not diversification!  I would recommend it purely on the basis of the location!

Go for it if you have the patience!You may have come here for education but you are also educating the nation. What is happening here has given the whole nation an education in the vital issues of dissent and democracy, sedition and of course of'azaadi'(freedom), " he said.
