This Legacy Group is a fraud company. They make projects in litigated lands by purchasing lands from people by plying fraud. Then the cheat the buyers who invest believing the company.


For Eg., Sy.No.265, 1 Acre 26 Guntas at Shettigere Village near KIAL(SYNo. 265-1A-26G), is under litigation - OS.No.652/2016 stay order passed in Devanahalli Court. So people who believe in posh ads of the company please do not invest or buy property from the cheater Legacy Group.

i have checked the documents it all clear now, as part of process they give all legal sets to scrutinize

True Legacy Saviero in Hormavu is stalled. Posession was Dec 2019, don't think there is any progress

I invested on this property, and quality of work is good, but some reason the work is not progressing, suggesting people not to invest unless further construction work start.
